Things to be Thankful For:

First, (and the most obvious, I think) breathing.
I am thankful to be still breathing.
Second, I'm  thankful for my undemanding family, for giving me space and time to discover what I really want in this life I am privileged to be a part of.
I am also thankful for having a very wonderful, accepting, and understanding man in my life. Thank You, I Love You.
Third, I am thankful for my friends which are my second family. You see me at my worst and you're still here to stay. Thank You; All of you. I love you too.
Tomorrow I return to work after a lovely 4 day weekend. I sketched some designs this weekend, caught up on all my TV shows, washed massive amounts of laundry, did some rearranging of the central room layout and feel ready for next weekend. Ha-ha, guess I'll have to get through this week first. :)

I Love Crepes

I have learned a new cooking trick when mixing my crepe batter. I was looking for my crepe recipe a few months ago and when I couldn't find it; I jumped online to see if I could find a simple one to use. What I have found, was a suggestion to refrigerate the batter for at least 1 hour after you mix. WOW :) The difference is outstanding. No more lumps, no more sticking to the pan, and everything cooks evenly.

Learning To Blog

I do not like watching sunsets and long walks on the beach. Mosquitoes in Florida are as big as Washington apples. Okay that's a small exaggeration. I have created this blog because I am starting a quest to better myself. I'm going to get organized: to a certain extent and I'm going to open an Etsy account and sell my wares to the world.
